Dr. Shabina Raza is an accomplished public health specialist with particular expertise and interest in maternal, neonatal and child health. She has over 24 years of professional experience in the health sector and has worked at senior positions in the Department of Health, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, providing key technical inputs in design and implementation of the health sector projects/programs. She is also a member of the Pan-Asia Regional E-Health Research Network, a joint organization by IDRC Canada, University of Calgary, Canada and Aga Khan University, Pakistan. She is presently involved with conducting two ongoing research projects, conjointly with other Pan Asian counterparts. Dr. Raza has recently been given the responsibility of being Chief, Health Sector Research & Reform Unit and Department of Health Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
